Sweet Red Bean Spread


A red kidney bean Spread with sweet potato and dates. Ideal as a biscuit/toast topper, or as a wrap filler. Stir into oats for a protein-packed breakfast.



To prepare:
Add water and stir. Leave to rehydrate.
Tip 1: Hot water works faster
Tip 2: The spread will be ready for consumption after about 10 minutes. It will continue to thicken and thus increase in volume for another 20 minutes though. Add more water for the preferred consistency.

Red Kidney Beans, Sweet Potato, Dates,
Lemon Juice, Sunflower Seed, Sea Salt, Cinnamon
