Description
50g dehydrated = approximately 500g fresh, untrimmed / 1 medium butternut
Note: We retain some of the butternut seeds, a great source of plant protein, filled with vitamins and minerals, like vitamins A, C, folate, potassium, calcium and iron.
TO PREPARE:
Rehydrate the required amount of Dri vegetables in water. For faster results use boiling water.
SUITABLE FOR:
Boiling / Steaming / Roasting / Stir-frying / Sautéing / Baking / Microwaving
