Chilli Tomato Spaghetti


Reward yourself with a hearty bowl of spaghetti, dressed in an Italian-inspired chilli sauce. The flavours come together just right, mixing the rich notes of mixed peppers, the tanginess of tomatoes, and the creaminess of nutritional yeast and ground peanuts. And the best part? You can easily mix in your favorite protein to give it a personal twist. This dish is all about making it your own!


o Grains & Legumes : Spaghetti – Wheat or GMO-free Corn Flour (gluten-free), Peanuts
o Fruit & Veg : Carrot, Green Pepper, Lemon, Onion, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Tomato
o Herbs & Spices : Basil, Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Marjoram, Origanum, Paprika, Rosemary, Sea Salt, Thyme
o Other : Light Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Beans, Salt, Wheat Flour, Potassium Sorbate**) or Bragg Liquid Aminos (soybeans, purified water) for gluten-free option, Nutritional Yeast
**Kindly note that the soy sauce in this product includes an artificial ingredient.

o Small – serves 1 : 115g rehydrates to ±500g
o Large – serves 2 : 230g rehydrates to ±1kg

1. Empty the ingredients into a pot & add 1½ pouches of boiling water.
2. Let stand for 15 minutes to re-hydrate.
Optional: Add a dash of olive oil for extra flavour.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Add more water, as needed, and stir occasionally.
5. Simmer until pasta is Al Dente (10 – 15 min).

* Water measure:
Small pouch = 1½ cups or 375ml
Large pouch = 3 cups or 750ml
