Chilli Tomato Spaghetti


Spaghetti & veg in a light tomato and peanut sauce, with chilli and Italian herbs.



  1. Empty the ingredients of the pouch into a pot & add  1.5 pouches of cold water.
  2. Let stand for 15 minutes to re-hydrate.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir occasionally & add more water, as needed.
  5. Cook until pasta is Al Dente (10 – 15 min)
  6. Remove from the heat & let stand to cool for 5 minutes.


  • Grains & Legumes  : Spaghetti – Wheat/GMO-free Corn Flour (gluten-free), Peanuts
  • Fruit & Veg              : Carrot, Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Onion, Tomato
  • Herbs & Spices        : Basil, Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Marjoram, Origanum, Paprika, Rosemary, Sea Salt, Thyme
  • Other                       : Light Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt, Lactic Acid, Sodium Benzoate: Less than 1/10 of 1%), Nutritional Yeast

  • Large: 230g : Serves 2
