Sweet Potato Lentils


You don’t have to be vegan to fall in love with this nutritious dish! Inspired by the rich and aromatic flavours of Moroccan tagine, touched by a hint of sweetness, this is comfort food at it’s best.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Empty the ingredients from the packet into a pot & add the same amount of cold water (use packet to measure)
  2. Let stand for 20 minutes to re-hydrate.
  3. Bring to a boil & cook for 8 – 10 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally & add more water, as needed.
  5. Remove from the heat & let stand to cool for 5 minutes.

  • Herbs & Spices        : Garlic, Marjoram, Moroccan Spice Blend, Origanum, Sea Salt, Thyme
